Our story
Founded in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, ten gentlemen came together at the Eppy Group office in March of 2014. Five of the original men would go on to found the Sons of Bosses.
Originally started as a dinner meeting with the purpose of sharing stories, struggles, successes, laughter and friendship. They were able to build an open and safe round table environment for them to share conversation and grow professionally while discussing the unique characteristic they all shared, working with their family. Family business is different, and they knew it. The mission statement they created and still live by today is.
